ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
We are inviting BrickHouse students to submit work for the 6th Annual Student Show, a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and the artistic journey you've taken with clay at BrickHouse.
This exhibition will showcase a curated selection of work by wheel throwing and handbuilding students of all experience levels, featuring everything from functional pottery to expressive sculptural pieces alongside our Annual Holiday Craft Show.
1ST PLACE: 6 week class gift certificate
2ND PLACE: 1 session unlimited benchtime
3RD PLACE: Firing fees
ELIGIBILITY
Open to students enrolled in Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 classes.
All submitted work must be original.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Each student may submit up to 3 works.
- Comple the online entry form by October 30, 2026.
- Upload a high-quality image of each piece.
- Include the following information for each submission (Title, Dimensions, Price)

Notification of Acceptance: November 11
Artwork Drop-off: December 7 & 8
Exhibition Dates: December 11 - 13
Opening reception: December 12
Artwork Pick-up: December 14-16
ART SELECTION AND SALES
SELECTION PROCESS
A juror from outside of BrickHouse will be invited to review submissions and select the final winners.
SALES
Artists may choose to list their work for sale. BrickHouse will take a 30% commission on all sales during the show.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
- Work must be clean, stable, and ready for exhibition, and also fully fired.
- Any special installation requirements must be noted at the time of submission.
- The exhibition organizers reserve the right to decline work that differ significantly from submitted images or arrives damaged.
LIABILITY
Every effort will be made to handle artwork with care. While reasonable precautions will be taken, the organizers cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage during the exhibition. All work must be delivered by the artists and picked- up during the stated dates above.
