Beginner Wheel
Always wanted to learn how to use the Potter's Wheel? Make your first pots from start to finish.
Beginner Handbuilding
Make your first plates, and cups from start to finish using slabs, coils and pinched clay.
Wheel Throwing Classes
On the potter's wheel, make bowls, cups, vases, etc.
All Levels
Beginners learn basic skills while intermediate students develop their ideas and skills with individual projects.
Intermediate/Advanced
Develop individual style while learning to create large vessels, platters, altered forms, surfaces and lids. Beginner wheel throwing experience required.
Handbuilding Classes
Construct coil, pinch, and slab vessels or sculpture.
All-Levels
Beginners learn forming skills while advanced students develop their ideasand skills with individual projects.
Glaze Classes
Glaze Techniques
Intermediate/Advanced students learn all about applying and mixing glazes while glazing their own pottery. Bring dust mask, notebook, plastic lidded containers, masking tape, waterproof marker, and apron to first class. $25 materials fee included.
Glaze Consulting
Need help glazing? Meet with our "Glaze Expert" to finish your work like a pro. Bring 5 pieces of cone 6 bisque. By one hour appointments.
Looking for something fun to do with your friends, family or co-workers? Need a creative way to celebrate a birthday? Let us design a private workshop or party to meet your needs.
Independent Study
Advanced students work without instruction. Use the studio during Benchtime schedule once a week or every day. Weeks run Monday through Saturday.
Student Benchtime
Students are encouraged to practice whenever the studio is open and classes are not in session. Benchtime is available for currently enrolled students at $5 per visit or $50 for unlimited visits.
Private Lessons
One-on-one private instruction for whether you're learning the basics, or honing your skills. Also makes a great date night!
One person 2 hours $130

Please note: A minimum of two hours is required. 50% deposit required upon registration,
balance due at start of session.
48 hours cancellation needed for full refund.
$100 deposit reserves your seat in class. Tuition must be paid in full prior to 1st class to complete your registration. Fees may not be transferred to another session. BrickHouse is not responsible for providing make-up classes or issuing refunds to students who miss classes due to illness, emergencies, or other events beyond our control. If enrollment goals are not met, a course may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the first scheduled class. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund is granted.
Bring apron/change of clothing, old towel to first class.
Pottery tool kits are required, and available for purchase at registration or
first class for $20.
